Gordon Ramsay visits M'Dears Bakery and Bistro, a struggling restaurant in Los Angeles that specialises in Southern cuisine with a Californian twist and freshly baked goods. He and his team have just 24 hours to redecorate the premises, changing the dated dining area into a cosy and tasteful soul food destination. They also introduce a revamped menu, working around the clock with the staff of M'Dears, who must learn how to prepare the new dishes efficiently.
