Rod and Margaret are selling up in Croydon, south London, to escape the rat race. They plan to split the proceeds, to buy a house in Dorset near the seaside town of Weymouth, and a holiday home in the Dordogne in the south west of France. In both locations, they would love a property with a large garden and fantastic views, with enough space for their six grandchildren to come and visit.
