Nick Nairn and Dougie Vipond return with the series celebrating the best food Scotland has to offer, focusing on a different theme each week. They begin with Asian fusion, cooking up salt chilli squid with a Vietnamese dipping sauce. Joining them in the kitchen are chef Kaori Simpson from the Harajuku Kitchen in Edinburgh and actor Greg McHugh, who brings along his choice of craft beer to accompany the dish
