Pioneering music producer Neal Fraser, also known as The Mad Professor, brings in the machine he used to create the 'dub' genre in the 1970s for the attention of electrical expert Mark Stuckey. Ceramics conservator Kirsten Ramsay meets John from Surrey, a retired police dog handler, who is hoping she can fix his almost life-size statue of a German shepherd dog named after his last canine partner Belka. Sidra from London brings in a laminated university medical diploma that was awarded to her father in 1977 with hopes paper conservator Louise Drover can bring it back to its prior pristine state. Lee brings in his very first pair of rugby boots bought for him by his father when he was around six-years-old with hopes they can be restored
