Celebrating the 850th anniversary of Wales's first recorded cultural festival, the National Eisteddfod returns to its historic roots in west Wales, taking place in Llantwd, north Pembrokeshire. Huw bring viewers the musical highlights and stories from across the Maes, from brass bands and polished pop to classical and contemporary music. The festival opens with a landmark performance on the rock and pop stage by Super Furry Animals, making their first Eisteddfod appearance in 30 years, while Huw also explores an exciting mix of contemporary folk, bluegrass, jazz and country at T? Gwerin, including a special 50th-anniversary concert by Welsh folk legends Ar Log
