Knockout week begins with the first seven of the 14 remaining cooks given the chance to work in their first professional kitchen. But first, Anna Haugh and Grace Dent ask them to deliver a single dish worthy of being served in a restaurant, pop-up or even featured in a cookbook. For two, this will be the end of the road, while the others spend the day at the renowned Roe restaurant in Canary Wharf
