Nigella Lawson prepares a festive feast with a Nordic theme for a group of friends. After a wintery walk through the woods in which she divulges her plans, Nigella gets to work on pickled red cabbage and cucumber salad, no knead black bread, smoked salmon, and Norwegian Pork ribs. A glass of pomegranate fizz accompanies the meal which is followed by the traditional Dutch New Year's Eve treat of doughnuts lightly dusted in icing sugar
