Ade Adepitan, Mel Giedroyc, Rochelle Humes, Vernon Kay, Paddy McGuinness, Big Zuu and Lenny Rush present a jam-packed evening of sketches and performances featuring well-known faces helping raise life-changing funds for young people across the UK. Highlights include specials for The Apprentice, Strictly Come Dancing and Gladiators, challenges and appeal films featuring the children and young people that the charity support and music from Lewis Capaldi. The BBC Children in Need Choir also returns, featuring 16 children from across the 15 BBC nations and regions, who have been supported by Children in Need-funded projects, performing a special arrangement of Coldplay's Yellow - Pudsey's favourite colour. There will also be an appearance from the cast of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Starlight Express, featuring 17-year-old Eloise, a member of the One Show Challenge Squad. Plus, reports of activities from around the area between 7.00 and 8.00
