A Coastguard rescue helicopter from Newquay flies 60 miles to a cruise liner in the English Channel, where a passenger is having a suspected stroke, winching down a paramedic and then taking the patient and his wife to hospital. The Survey and Inspection team investigates a collision between a fishing vessel and a passenger ferry in East Loch Tarbert in the Outer Hebrides, while a mayday call comes into the control room in Holyhead about a one-year-old baby who is unconscious in Barmouth, Gwynedd
