His day begins at family-run Hannah Hats, where he's fitted in iconic Donegal tweed and learns why this rugged corner of Ireland became famous for its flecked fabric. He visits Chandpur, widely regarded as Ireland's best curry house, where he and Bangladeshi-born chef Rana cook railway curry using outstanding local lamb and potatoes.
