A runner is found dead on the set of a Welsh TV drama. John helps Janie to investigate, and is struck by how much of an outsider he feels in what should be his natural home - especially whern he runs into an old co-star. Janie befriends the show's leading actor, leaving John concerned that she will not be able to put her personal connection aside and stay open to all suspects. Guest starring Jim Howick (Ghosts)
