It is the turn of the former Apprentice contestant and entrepreneur Stuart Baggs to host the final dinner party on the Isle of Man. He serves an American-inspired mezze with steak and chips, and an aptly-titled 'Harvard mess' for dessert, although finds himself rather out of his depth in the kitchen. At the dining table the conversation turns to how the host used to be a little on the larger side, and Eva's endearing nickname for her fellow contestant Richard is revealed
