Paramedics bring in care home manager Kirsty, who has fallen over at a petrol station, and landed badly on her arm. In Paediatrics 15-year-old Layton is brought in by stepmum Jodie after he injured his arm at school. He has a deep wound and if his arm is broken, he may need emergency surgery
