It is estimated that there are around two million people in Scotland and England suffering with Long Covid according to the Office of National Statistics. There are many who are still battling with the after-effects of the disease, which makes working and doing everyday tasks challenging. Cathy MacDonald goes on a journey around Scotland talking to people who have been living in Covid's shadow, learning about the different ways in which the disease has affected them and how they have been managing their recovery
