Knockout week continues, and the second set of seven amateur cooks must prove themselves enough to make it into their first professional kitchen. First they must prove to judges Anna Haugh and Grace Dent they have what it takes by serving up a single dish worthy of being served in a restaurant, pop-up or even featured in a cookbook, with only the first best getting the chance to deliver a lunchtime service at the Straits Kitchen restaurant at London's Pan Pacific Hotel
