Knockout week comes to a head as the 10 remaining amateurs undergo the invention test, in which they have just 60 minutes to deliver an extraordinary dish. The larder is at their disposal with a plentiful supply of fresh fish, meats, vegetables, herbs and spices. Success could mean a place in the semi-finals but it will is sure to be their toughest challenge yet
