Tom is on the road in his bespoke vintage food truck in northern Spain to meet food producers who are as obsessed with growing ingredients as he is about cooking them. After local producer Levi shows him that everyone in Santona is connected to anchovies, from the fishermen and cannery workers to a group of local women who keep the town's traditions alive, Tom gets stuck in with local farmer Jose-Alonso in Leon as they try to protect white beans from the stony ground there
