In Glasgow, Paul and Ryan of the Special Operations Response Team are called to a siege in a flat, where a man has barricaded himself inside and is threatening to harm himself. Meanwhile, Aberdeen-based crewmates Kirsty and Bruce are called to see Rebecca, who has suffered a severe anaphylactic attack, but she shows little sign of improvement after several doses of adrenaline, prompting a rapid journey on blue-lights to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary
