The residents of Pontypandy have gathered in Pontypandy Park for the annual town festival. The fire fighters are well represented with Sam giving the kids rides on Jupiter. / James hopes his dad’s massive binoculars will help spot a rare seal, but they cause him to topple overboard, instead!
