A patient has a nosebleed that won't stop, and is concerned that it could be linked to a recent bleed on the brain. Paramedics treat a woman who wakes up in the night having a heart attack. A patient with abdominal pain has lost a lot of blood and needs to go to hospital, while on the night shift, a drunk man who has collapsed in the street refuses medical help
