Jacqui Joseph visits Broadstairs, Kent, a favoured holiday destination of Charles Dickens to see a two-bedroom basement garden flat bought by an experienced developer. Martin Roberts is in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, where he sees a fire-damaged two-bed mid-terrace he first saw back in 2021. He's also in Tonypandy, south Wales, to visit a four-storey building with potential to convert into separate flats. All three properties are then sold at auction and the successful bidders share their ambitions for their new acquisitions
