The second quarter-final sees judges Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti set an invention test in which the professionals must come up with a dish making the most of rice pudding. After that, they serve up a two-course meal for critics Jimi Famurewa, Jay Rayner and William Sitwell, before the judges decide who deserves a place in knockout week
