FIFA World Cup 2026
Scotland v Morocco
Scotland v Morocco (Kick-off 11.00pm). Mark Pougatch presents coverage of the Group C match at Boston Stadium in the USA. This is the second World Cup meeting between these nations, with the previous one also being a group-stage match at France '98, the last time Scotland appeared at the finals. It was the Africans who came out on top with a comfortable 3-0 win in Saint-Étienne over a side that featured the likes of Jim Leighton, Colin Hendry, John Collins and Gordon Durie, and was managed by Craig Brown. Morocco will go into this contest as favourites to prevail once again after an impressive performance in their opener, which saw them draw 1-1 with Brazil. However, it is the Scots who sit on top of the table at this early stage following a 1-0 win against Haiti, which was their first victory in a World Cup finals since they defeated Sweden in 1990. With analysis from Roy Keane, Duncan Ferguson and Ange Postocoglou, and commentary by Jon Champion and Ally McCoist
