Ben Fogle takes the seven remaining contestants to Cuba, where they must endure tropical heat and violent storms. They face three challenges - catching bonefish on salt flats, going out into the Bay of Pigs using local tyre tube boats and finally trying to catch giant tarpon on the Atlantic coast. Matt Hayes and a local fishing guide judge their efforts and decide who is next to be eliminated
