Alan Titchmarsh presents surprise garden makeovers for deserving people across the nation. The crew heads to Hurst Green, East Sussex, to create a suitable outdoor area for Malcolm Dean, who has motor neurone disease and has recently moved into a specially adapted bungalow with his family. The sloping garden makes it virtually impossible for him to get around outside in a wheelchair, so the team sets about transforming the challenging patch to suit Malcolm's needs
