The SAS has been accused of committing war crimes in Afghanistan. Now, for the first time, Special Forces troops have broken their code of silence to tell Panorama what happened on night raid operations. The eyewitnesses say they saw innocent people killed - some in their sleep - and the murder of handcuffed detainees. Reporter Richard Bilton investigates one of the darkest episodes in British military history and examines evidence the military and the Ministry of Defence tried to cover it up
