Monica Galetti and Rob Rinder work at the Datai Langkawi hotel in the Malaysian rainforest where monkeys roam free. Built on an already existing clearing, with smaller buildings constructed on stilts so as not to disturb the forest floor, the hotel is all about conservation and Monica learns how they manage their waste to reduce their carbon footprint.
