Nikita Pathakji is back to challenge the next four contestants' skills, asking them to re-create two of her recipes - bavette steak, served with a papaya and noodle salad, and crispy noodles; and falafel served with muhammara, roasted red pepper and walnut dip, along with flatbread and a tomato salad.
