Dishes include an oven-roasted squab pigeon with pancetta, pumpkin and marsala sauce inspired by Fantastic Mr Fox, and a Peruvian-inspired main celebrating Paddington featuring a spiced sirloin of beef, a short-rib beef and marmalade sandwich. Puddings include an ice gola with passion fruit and pomegranate celebrating The Snowman by Raymond Briggs, and a frozen fennel meringue, gooseberry curd and poppy seed tuile served in a flower pot inspired by Fifi and the Flowertots
