General knowledge quiz, hosted by John Barrowman, in which two teams of five players are pitted against each other inside an illuminated arena, known as the Pressure Pad. The team with the most players remaining for the final round will put itself in the strongest position to win the jackpot, which starts at £3,000. The prize money rolls over to the next week's competition if neither team is victorious
