Francis and John Brennan help Alan and Grace Skehan, who own a busy holiday resort Dunmore East, Co Waterford, with a large mobile home park, self-catering houses, a nine-hole golf course and a restaurant and bar. Despite their workload Alan and Grace think big and want the Brennans' advice about their ambitious plan to build luxury lodges and to extend the resort further
