Hugh Wallace visits returned asset manager Eoghan O'Riain, who is restoring a former seaside guesthouse in his native Rathmullan, County Donegal, and hoping to transform it into a cosy home for himself and his dog Charlie. The front rooms of the house will be given some updating by Eoghan himself, while the area at the back of the house will make way for a modern kitchen extension
