Natasha and Jodian have just two weeks to slim down before a trip to Egypt, with one trying out a high-fat diet and the other eating Mediterranean food. In Hampshire, Mike tries out a regimen that consists almost entirely of specially-made cookies and Steve is on a volumetric diet consisting of large bowls of soup or massive salads, while Gina and Max in Wigan go on paleolithic and starch diets respectively. Xand also investigates the Ken diet, which involves a protein solution being fed straight into the stomach
