Si King and Dave Myers reach Spain on the final leg of their journey in search of Europe's finest baking. Travelling across the northern part of the country, they begin in St Sebastian, sampling delicacies including goose barnacles and pinchos - large tapas - and visiting a Basque dining club. Moving on, the duo bake dishes such as the Spanish bread pan rustico and a seafood empanada packed with locally caught fish. They also make a giant spelt sausage roll filled with chorizo, and join in with an ancient pagan ceremony in Galicia, before heading to Santiago de Compostela, where they end their 5,000-mile journey at a spectacular firework display to celebrate the 800th anniversary of St James
