Alex Polizzi helps a couple in Bournemouth whose hotel near the beach is struggling to break even. Although it frequently reaches full capacity - with 57 beds in 21 rooms - the pair cannot seem to turn a profit, so the expert hotelier advises them to strip back their facilities and begin charging for extra amenities. She also suggests they build on the success of their army-style boot camp by offering other self-improvement courses to their guests
