The fifth leg of Si King and Dave Myers' tour takes them to Austria, the home of Mozart, The Sound of Music and Arnold Schwarzenegger. They start off in Vienna, the patisserie capital of the world, where they are spoilt for choice by the number of different cakes on offer. Moving on, they make authentic apfelstrudel with the owner of a roadside B&B, bake Linzertorte, cook breakfast in a monastery and make a chocolate gugelhupf cake for a group of fellow bikers from Huddersfield.
