Chefs from Scotland serve up their canapes, starters and fish dishes on an animation and illustration theme. The vegan starters includes a posh prison porridge inspired by the time Dennis the Menace's mischief landed him behind bars and a celebration of Bananaman using plantain three ways. The fish course, meanwhile, includes a delicately barbecued salmon belly with a caramelized whey sauce and bilberry gel, inspired by a scene in Disney's Brave, while another chef has fun with celebrated Scottish comic strip Oor Wullie, creating a scallop and crab lasagne bucket with a shellfish bisque and stuffed razor clam
