A new set of contestants enter the kitchen to show of their skills in the hope of making it through to the quarter-finals. Tasks involve turning a humble set of ingredients, including short ribs, onions and chicken thighs, into a showstopper of a dish and a mystery box containing tinned pineapple, ham and sweetcorn. Those that make it through get the chance to cook a two-course meal for 2011 champion Tim Anderson, 2013 champion Natalie Coleman and 2013 finalist Larkin Cen
