Alex Polizzi helps Mark and Liz who recently took on Sea Air Bed & Breakfast, a seven-bedroom 1930s former hotel in the seaside village of Chapel St Leonards, near Skegness. The couple invested every penny of their savings to fund the new B&B and start a new life beside the seaside. Alex encourages the couple to think fast to maximise profit over the summer months. Some clever packages and an uplift for the dire dining room gives the hotel a fighting chance of surviving the winter months. Can The Hotel Inspector help the couple realise their lifelong dream?
