Mary helps three novice cooks to prepare a special birthday feast for a London teacher. The students learn to prepare blinis with three toppings, salmon en croute with a spinach and herb sauce, and a birthday chocolate ganache cake. Meanwhile, Scarlett Moffatt and Janette Manrara are on hand to help, hitting the sweet shops on a special mission to help the birthday boy's pupils make a special contribution to the festivities
