Nigella Lawson shares recipes featuring one of her favourite ingredients - the anchovy. She prepares a creamy dressing for the fish, served with bitter leaves and walnuts, and then creates an elixir, combining silvery salted anchovies with garlic and oil. This not only makes an excellent dip for red chicory, but also the perfect accompaniment to a platter of sliced seared steak. Nigella creates an anchovy pasta dish of spaghetti with chard and chilli, and also makes a lemon blossom cocktail and a lemon and elderflower pudding
