Wales Women v Poland Women (Kick-off 7.45pm). Catrin Heledd is joined by Nia Jones, Danny Gabbidon and Kayleigh Barton to present coverage of the friendly match at Rodney Parade in Newport. This is the first time these nations have faced each other since March 2016, when Helen Ward scored for Wales in a 1-1 draw in a friendly match in Paralimni, Cyprus. It is also the first time Wales have played at this venue in front of a crowd since September 2019, which saw them draw 2-2 against Northern Ireland in Euro 2021 qualifier, with other matches to have taken place being contested behind closed doors due to the Covid-19 pandemic
