A Naval Commander's car is stolen with his infant daughter still inside leaving Pride, Brody and La Salle to discover whether it was a muddled hijacking, or if the serviceman and his same-sex partner were deliberately targeted. Questions surrounding the Chinese Intelligence Agency and a woman seen chatting to the couple at the supermarket arise during the course of the investigation, while the case causes Brody and La Salle to question the safety of raising children
