He begins with salad with cob nuts and blue cheese, shows how to cook pheasant served with twice-cooked chips, and prepares a plum Bakewell tart. Bryn also goes fishing near Aberdovey in north Wales with expert Rhys Llywelyn, and learns about sustainability while trying to catch a fish for their supper
