Marine Brandon Valdivia falls to his death from a rooftop bar and is initially thought to have committed suicide, but his family refuse to accept that possibility and persuade a congressman to put some pressure on the admiral. Sam and Callen are then brought in to re-evaluate the case and discover that Valdivia may have been involved in money laundering with a fellow marine.
