The actor and his friend, TV presenter Phil MacHugh, get immersed in modern Norway as they travel almost 2,000 miles along the length of Scotland's nearest Scandinavian neighbour. They begin in the vibrant capital city of Oslo, have a crash course in roller skiing at Holmenkollen, the country's centre for skiing excellence, and do their bit for Scottish-Norwegian relations when they meet Norway's youngest MP, Maren Grothe, at the Norwegian parliament
