Coverage of day six of the third Grand Slam tournament of the year, held at the All England Club, featuring men's and ladies' third-round singles matches. Eventual champion Jannik Sinner opened the day's proceedings on Centre Court at this stage last year, and he claimed a comfortable 6-1, 6-3, 6-1 victory over Pedro Martínez. Sinner went into this year's tournament highly fancied to retain the title, especially given Carlos Alcaraz's absence due to injury, but he struggled with cramp in the French Open and was eliminated by Juan Manuel Cerúndolo in the second round, ending a streak of nine consecutive Grand Slams that had been won by either him or Alcaraz
