Sam West takes his friend Adrian Edmondson to the vast Holkham Estate on the north Norfolk coast on a 'wild goose chase'. Up before dawn and braving the cold, they witness a wildlife spectacle as thousands of pink-footed geese rise from their roost and fill the sky. Also, Sam reflects on the loss of his mother and the role she played in inspiring his love of nature
