David Jason reprises his role as Jack Frost for the last time in this two-part finale to the popular drama series. The detective teams up with RSPCA inspector Christine Moorhead in a raid on an illegal dogfight organised by criminal Gerry Berland. However, when a scuffle results in the murder of a teenage boy, to which Christine is the sole witness, she becomes the target of Berland's cronies, who will go to any lengths to stop her testifying. Meanwhile, a copycat killer emerges with a vendetta against Frost.
