Kirstie is with Chloe, who wants a place in the trendy suburb of Caversham, and is joined on her search by her father Clive. However, after two years of looking and 60 properties viewed, the pair are struggling. Phil teams up with teachers Richard and Jo, who need to find a family home before term starts. But it needs to be a property good enough to get Richard excited
